Service Description
If you’re new to the mat, start here! This 6 week course is a wonderful way to begin your yoga journey, and is designed for those that are brand new to yoga or even those that are looking to deepen the foundations of their practice. Expect basic movement and yoga postures, breath awareness, and mindfulness. A recording of each class will be provided for you to use at home. **Please note this is a 6-week course starting on 4th November. There will be NO class on Monday the 25th November and the course will finish on 16th December. All equipment included but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Dress in light layers and bring a water bottle. Location: The Malthouse Room, Manor Farm, Bourn CB23 2SH. To find the malthouse room, drive onto the Farm property, drive all the way around the great barn, you will see The Stove Cafe - directly across from The Stove Cafe, is a small courtyard. The malthouse room is located to the right within the courtyard.
Cancellation Policy
For Classes: Cancellations before 24 hours before the class will receive a full refund. Any cancellations within 24 hours of the class will not receive a refund. You can reschedule your class up to 24 hours before the class starts. For Courses: Cancellations a week before the course begins will receive a full refund. Any cancellations less than a week before the course starts will not receive a refund. Recordings of each class will be sent out after the class and are available for a week, so if you miss a session you can catch up with the recording.
